Here are Tourism Places that I visit when I was in Kuala Lumpur on August. I hope you can find it useful, because i'm gonna write down how to go there with the not cheapest way, which i really rely on  Kuala Lumpur's public transportation.

1. Thean Hou Temple

A beautiful Chinese temple that located on a hill, so you will definitely can see the beautiful city view of Kuala Lumpur. This temple is quite far from any stations, so i recommend to use grab from your hotel or from the nearest LRT Station that is Bangor Station. The temple is open from 8AM-10PM.
📍 65, Persiaran Endah, Taman Persiaran Desa, 50460 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

How i went there: Using grab from my Hotel in Petaling Street. It costs RM 9.

Other Pictures:

Note: I personally think that morning and evening are the best time to visit this place. I'll be excited to visit this temple again if i have any chance to come back to Malaysia, because i want to enjoy morning time to see the city view of Kuala Lumpur.

2. Batu Caves

Batu Caves is actually located in Selangor not Kuala Lumpur, but you can easily go there from Kuala Lumpur. It is a must for you to climb the stairs when you come here. It is tired for sure, but you can take a rest on the way. Once you get inside the cave you will be excited by the stairs you've passed to get the view from the top. The air was also so refreshing.
📍  Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, Malaysia

How i went there: Using KTM Komuter started from Kuala Lumpur Station. It costs RM 2.6.  Kuala Lumpur Station is connected to Pasar Seni Station which connected by bridge. Batu Caves is the last station.

Note: Morning is the best time to visit this place. You can take the first komuter so you can be early to arrive there. Be careful of the monkeys. Do not be panic nor intimidated.

3. Dataran Merdeka

I like the building so much. It is old yet well kept. It was so hot in the middle of the day. It is better for you to bring a cap or hat.
📍  Jalan Raja, City Centre, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

How i went there:  I recommend you to use LRT Station. Masjid Jamek Station is the nearest station to Dataran Merdeka.

Other Pictures:

Note: Something bad happened to me that time, but the good news was i met new kind hearted friends, Akma and Aini.

4. Petronas Twin Tower

The Malaysia icon, Petronas Twin Tower. I think everyone agrees that it is a must to come here.
📍  Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

How i went there: I went there by Monorail, but actually Bus GoKL can give you free ride.

Other Pictures:

Note: There is a large park named KLCC Park. There is a pool, playground, and jogging track. Could you imagine, exercise with Twin Tower as the background?

5. KTM Berhad Building
📍 Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Batu Kentomen, 50621 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

How i went there: Just look for the way out from Kuala Lumpur Station. This Building is crossed by Kuala Lumpur Station.

6. National Mosque of Malaysia
📍 Jalan Perdana, Tasik Perdana, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

How i went there: Walking from KTM Berhad Building

7. Masjid Jamek
📍 Jalan Tun Perak, City Centre, 50050 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

How i went there: Masjid Jamek is exactly behind Dataran Merdeka. You just have to pass the bridge that connect Dataran Merdeka's area and Masjid Jamek's.

Wednesday, the 25th of September 2019 was the day i worry the most lately, i'd be teaching English again! Whoa! I was little nervous eventough It's not an official class though. It's been years since i didn't speak in front of people.

Today was good enough, but not perfect. I was shaking, then I explained so fast. I really tried to be more calm, then it worked.

In the first meeting we studied about Greeting & Parting and Introduction. I explained the Greeting & Parting, then my friend, Liza explained the Introduction. It was so short when i explained, cause i couldn't imporve anything again :D, it's okay nanda!.

The students were the staff and employee of the course. The course isn't officially open yet. We will give a month trial class to them. They were so excited to study this morning. That was also the reason i can be more calm.

I hope tomorrow and the next we'll be better in giving explanation and we won't stop to keep studying.

The nervous Nanda, 25th of September 2019

Walaupun sebenernya i was not interested in swimming hehe.

Welcome to Curug Ciherang!

Curugnya bersih
Airnya jernih, segerrrr~

Sebahagia itu, karena terakhir ke curug tahun 2016! Ketahuan kan kurang pikniknya.

Kita ngemil-ngemil (sambil duduk dibatu dan celupin kaki) karena lumayan lapar setelah perjalanan Cikarang-Jonggol. Jangan lupa  sampahnya! Untungnya disitu ada tempat untuk buang sampahnya! Good job buat pengelola!

There was no women that's close to the waterfall. Yaudah deh enjoy aja sambil duduk-duduk cantik dan foto!

Setelah cukup menikmati curug, kita pindah ke kolam renang! Nurul was so excited to swim, yet i was not.

Fell in love with the view

Jembatannya goyang gitu,

I really enjoyed this short trip! Thanks to Nurul for taking me up there! This trip really refreshed my mind!!

Tips:

  2. siapkan google maps, search saja Curug Ciherang
  5. bawa baju ganti secukupnya,
  6. the last, jangan lupa buang sampah pada tempatnya.

With love,

Nanda
